Deployment Project Manager

● Responsible for Windows Server Administration along with Healthcare Server & Client Application Support.● Working in healthcare domain with DICOM/HL7/HIPAA standards products. Working on production servers (WINDOWS Based) used for Network caching as well as permanent storage of critical DICOM compliant data.● Providing technical assistance to all our clients based in US, Europe and worldwide via phone, chat, remote sessions and emails.● Responsible to handle L1 and L2 issues.● Working on Production Server Environment Support to avoid downtime.● Working on tuning the Windows servers and database system while coordinating with onsite IT team.● Monitoring Servers (Windows) and database activities like database status, logs summary, memory or space utilization.● Handling various administration tasks (i.e. installation, configuration, upgradation) of SQL server, Windows Server, IBM DB2.● Administering Windows 2003/2008 based applications.● Administering the Windows Server 2003/2008 based computer networks. It includes acting as a single point of IT support for clients if any issues related to the network.● Coordinating and working with client side IT teams to isolate and resolve OS and DB related issues.● Working on CRM tool (sales force) for tracking of issues and given solutions to the customers, tracking and follow up on cases in order to resolve issues.● Responsible for Windows Server Audits(Win 2003,Win 2008 Server) to identify hardware and software requirements as per the server application.● Report bugs in the software application by duplicating the issue on test servers.● Day-to-day attending to the user queries in sorting out database problems.● Handling database back up issues. Online, Offline database backup & database crash recovery.● Updating, deletion, modification of records from database.● Providing support for IIS related issues.● Installation of Server Certificates to Tomcat/Apache.
