• Check, approvals for Project & be part of strategic space planning, • Check Drawings: Architectural Working set,RCC plans & Services Layouts, as per checklist for smooth & in-time error free execution, • Finalize Project Scope for Contracts preparation. • Finalize scope of execution activities & raise timely indents to bring Contractors & Vendors on board, • Study Monthly schedule & prepare constraint log and Look ahead plan for uninterrupted project completion , • Analyse project delay with respect to baseline & present monthly delay in project in form of PPC & submit response action plan for same, • Coordinate with estimation teams for budget finalization with respect to scope, • Coordinate with contracts team for Contractor finalization with respect to latest drawings & scope, • Standardization of work flow for smooth unison between pre-execution & execution activities in Project, • Weekly site meetings, to solve pre-execution & execution related constraints, • To handle team of Trainees reporting under respective Reporting Manager & guide them throughout the Execution module, • To explore upcoming trends in market, with respect to finishes finalization & provide detail backup for same, for speeding up decision making at the level of Management.
