Was responsible for brickwork and plastering, internal plumbing, and internal finishing like painting, flooring and furniture.Was responsible for estimating, calculating quantities and reconciliation of client supplied material.

Worked at the Kopare Gaothan Rehabilitation project, Pune consisting of 6 towers of 3.8 lac sq ft with two level parking basements, shop floor and 10 residential floors.Major responsibilities were surveying from lineout, RCC works for footing, columns and rafters, brickwork, internal plastering and waterproofing, plumbing, structural glazing and fixing of aluminium windows.

Participated in the construction of Janaki International School, Hatane, Thane including admin building, boys & girls hostels, classrooms, kitchen building, training center, hospital, playground, staff quarters, internal roads and entrance gate with a total built up area of 2.5 lac sq ft.Looked after surveying, lineout, concreting, brick work, plastering, tiling, painting, and sub contractor billing. Was the billing engineer for one phase.
