• Monitoring on collections, assigning credits to respective customer accounts and ensure proper books of accounts are maintained for customer receivables.• Maintaining Data for Fixed Assets (i.e. Addition, Deletion in Assets , Timely Review of Fixed Assets.)• Maintaining Fund Flow Statement on Monthly Basis. • Reconciliation i.e. BRS on weekly basis, Inter unit Reconciliation , Vendors Reconciliation .on Monthly Basis.• Handling Direct Taxation like deduction of TDS,TCS ,Service tax and ensure for timely payment and compliance of Income Tax & Service Tax & Preparation of TDS Certificate of Employees and Other Parties.• Cost Control, Financial Budgeting ,MIS & Financial Analysis and reporting, review of financial budgets, tracking of actual against budgeted.• Preparation of Profit & Loss Accounts on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Basis & Assist for finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L Accounts. • Direct Interacting with Internal and Statutory Auditors for Review of Balance Sheet on Quarterly Basis and Preparation of Complete detail as required by Statutory Auditors at the time of Finalization of Balance Sheet.

• Managed analysis, reconciliation and review of expenses of the company on a monthly basis.• Responsible for all basic accounting function in Ramco ERP. Coordinated distribution of invoices and classified transactions.• Preparation of financial statements I.e. Schedules of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts on quarterly and annually and report to GM Commercial. • Coordinating to audit team for audit of financial statements and books of accounts on quarterly and annually.• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable with reconciliation of parties and issued debit note and credit note to parties.• Prepration of profitability statement of monthly basis compared as budget v/s actual findout the major reasons which effects the profitability statements.
