(Tensile test, Bevel test, Flattening, Drift expansion test, Break test, Hydraulic test)Measurement of coating on tube periphery & microstructure of tube.Testing of Galvanized & Pvdf TUBES IN Salt Spray TesterSetting of Non-Destructive testing machine & Calibrating as per standard sample. (Eddy Current Testing machine) To check the incoming inspection of tooling as per drawing.To prepare Quality plan & Work test certificate as per customer’s specification.Assist in problem solving activity. (CAPA, NOC, NCR)Control over rejection.Co-ordination with seniors & colleagues.Maintain 5’S’ activities in concerned area.Maintain 4’M’ activities in concerned area.Use keizen for the improvement.To maintain ISO documentation. Assist all above inspection and R&D activities.
