• Closely monitoring of issues of in-process and incoming quality and ensures ICA (Interim Corrective actions) is taken to resolve the concern. • Appropriate escalation of customer complaints to functional heads and concern production line.• Daily review with the team for the actions taken on the complaints raised by the customer. • Conduct daily Quality feedback meeting to resolve customer line complaints and warranty complaints. • Handling customer complaints and ensure robust ICA & PCA in place to protect the customers through 8D analysis.• Facilitated inspection required at customer end and at warehouse for the defective parts.• Ensure robust actions for all customer concerns and review for timely closure of the same.•Conduct Internal rejection analysis with Pareto Diagram, Ishikawa Diagram and Why-Why analysis.• Conduct Feasibility study and submit part quotation to the customer for NPD parts.• Establish inspection method for new sample developments.• Approval of sample inspection report and PDIR for new sample development.• Review of New Product Development as per time line and submission of PPAP documents to the customers.• Documents preparation like APQP, FMEA and PPAP at the time of new parts development.• Handling documentation and audits for QMS ISO 9001-2015 & IATF 16949-2016.• Maintaining records of IATF 16949-2016 and ISO 9001-2015.• Internal Audit planning and ensure 100% compliance of schedule and on time closure of raised NCs.• Conduct the MRM to ensure effective review with the management.• Review and update the customer specific requirements and its effective deployment in the plant.• Coordination with all process owners to ensure effectiveness of QMS and on time closure of NCs raise during the third-party audit. • Provide training to employees as per training plan for quality topics like SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP etc.• Conduct Process & Product audit as per plan and close the NCs raised during the audits.• Conduct SPC & MSA study as per plan.• Raw material testing as per testing plan.• Review of calibration of instruments & gauges.• Establish the action plant for child parts to convert maximum parts into DOL.• Monitoring supplier PPM and guide them to reduce the PPM.• Conduct supplier system and process audit as per plan.• Knowledge of 7QC Tools.• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing.• Knowledge of TPM.• Knowledge of EMS/OHSAS Standard.• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poke/Yoke etc.• I take follow up with Government agency for Fire NOC, Factory license, MSME certificate etc.
