Majorly responsible for Front Office operations, Reservations, Revenue management, Guest Relations, Training the team and Swimming Pool & Health Club. Overseeing House Keeping operations with Executive House Keeper.The hotel converted to Four Points by Sheraton brand on October 5th 2017 after renovation. I led the Rooms Division department during the conversion process as per brand standard. Calculating and Ordering of Linens, Uniforms, housekeeping equipment’s, room amenities, bathroom amenities. Setup and training of SPG loyalty program, Star Guest – Guest Experience system, Revenue Management systems – Valhalla, Starwood Opera PMS, Front Office operations and reservations. Printing of all collaterals as per standard. In 2018 I led the integration to Marriott systems. Setup and training of Loyalty program, GXP - Guest Experience system, Mobile guest services, Revenue Managements systems – MARSHA, HPP, One Yield, MARRFP, EPIC, MRDW.Currently making sure the team is able to work with new systems successfully.
