I am well aware with compliance of the hospital with the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards and NAAC protocols as well as the legal and regulatory requirements of the state and central government.With over sixteen years of experience in human resources management, I have developed and implemented various policies and procedures to enhance the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the employees. I have also established and maintained effective vendor management and government liaison systems, negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and facilitating collaborations.
