With a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of mechanical construction including piping, welding, structural steelwork platform, skid fabrication, heat exchangers, ,Pressure Vessels, filters and associated piping systems etc ¬ in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Petrochemicals, Refineries & Power plants etc

• Execute the production operation in the coordination with other function. Led the team around 80 member• Managed the workman for achieving the periodic production target.• Followed the Standard operating procedure, manuals & works instruction for the production operation for the unit.• Reduced rejection Level & rework through continuation upgradation of the quality to observe better compliance in the line with the changing customer requirement.• Expediting status of ongoing project at contractor.• Planned & affected the preventive maintenance schedule of various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment’s reliability.• Participate in the process of internal auditing : monitoring/coordinating activities as appropriate and prepared internal report for the management• Stage wise inspection like LS, CS Set up, shell alignment, dish end inspection, Inspection of vessel’s external attached cleats, brackets, plates, supports, their orientation & elevation set up, nozzle set up, manhole set up manpower handling• Able to monitor and lead a group & assignments entrusted • Skills in handling office communication activities independently• Supervision of Piping Pre – Fabrication, Erection, Hydro – Testing & Commissioning • Supervision of Pipe Stringing, Welding, Lowering, Hot – Tapping etc • Supervision of Boiler Structure and Piping Erection • Coordination of Tank construction works • Work Permit Management for Safe working • Inspection of the work to adhere to strict Quality Maintenance • Overseeing of Safety Management System at the work place • Handling of Complete Documentation work & Record Keeping • Assists the Const: Manager in the supervising and monitoring of work execution at site. • Responsible of Contractors supply material as per Construction documents. • Review/approve the project schedule and mobilization
