• Overall assembly of Steam Turbine (Casing and Rotor).• Inspection work during assembly of moving & guide blades.• Also check including twist check, lever test, sound test, feeler test etc.• Inspection work to check flow path of rotor and rotor alignment etc.• Natural Frequency Test (NFT) of L.P.ROTOR freestanding blades.• To check the blade fitment (root & profile) in vertical stand machine.• To check crack, scratches by MPI.• Also check gap between two blades (guide & moving) by filler gauge.• Surface finishing by dial test indicator.• Rotor balancing by dialing (indicating) test.• To check external crack by DPT.• To check out the rotor lifting in OSBT chamber.• Also check casing upper half & lower half surface (colour matching).
