Presently I am working Defense marine projects, Visakhapatnam :- 1. I am looking cable routing drawing and commisionning of electrical and machnical system of whole vessel and also doing the interaction with customer for drawing and installatino related issues.3. As per site condition we have modified the drawing after discussion with customer.Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Surat Hazira : A) Interceptor Boats :- (Class-LR, Owner –Indian Coast Guard) & B) Cargo Hold Supply Vessels :- (Class – GL/LR , Owner – Big lift/Roll dock)• I am responsible for preparation and commissioning of all Navigation & communication equipment’s specification, their schematics/cable diagrams and terminal connection drawings as per class rules. In the navigation & communication system am looking Radars, DGPS, and Echo sounder, speed log, AIS, VDR and external communications system and machinery system.. Prepare the list of all alarms/signal interfaces between VDR & external communication system as well as interface between ship controls systems.• Prepare the following important installation drawing and layouts as per rules and taking approval from class and owner.o Antenna arrangement drawing on wheelhouse top, Wheel house layout, Equipment room layout, ECR layout• I am also preparing the single line diagram and connection diagram of whole internal communication systems (i.e. PA, Telephone, SPT, Talk back, AV column etc.) and Safety systems (i.e. fire detection system, CO2 system and firefighting system etc.) in the vessel.• Prepare the SOTR of electrical equipment’s. and discuss the technical specification and internal drawings with customer and class for finalization and their approval. • Handling the single line diagram of Main & Emergency lighting system, Navigation lighting system, Suez canal lighting system and their disposition drawings. • Attend the sea trial and all survey of the ship with the class and QC to close the pending remarks.

A) 54K DWT Bulk carrier vessel :- (Class –ABS)B) 82T AHTS vessels: Class – DNVC) 200T AHTS and ice class vessels: Class - LRS • Prepare of electrical equipment specifications.• Detail Study and commenting on all type of Electrical and Electronics vendor drawings.• Preparation of Electrical load Analysis, • Preparation of Single line diagram, Power Load Details, • Preparation of cables list, cable hangers and cable comings• Creation/Modification of electrical Schematic diagrams.• Cable routing in cable tray arrangement drawings.• Worked on the ECR and Wheel house consoles. • Involved in as built of drawings, resolve interference type of problems at site.• Working on E0 notations as per owner equipments.• All major issue discusses with owner rep. and closed the issues• Prepare the production drawing according to vendor drawing. Checked the termination on the site.• Estimate the marine cables and light fittings. • Attend the all survey and discuss with surveyors (i.e. radio survey, DG, MSBD and etc...)
