I am a social work professional working with the framework of education and community development with human rights and inclusive development in India. I have 8 years of work experience in capacity building, program review and design, service delivery, advocacy and research. I have worked in the following areas: disability rights, psychosocial support in gender and child rights. I continue to work in these areas through short term consultancies. My diploma is Human Rights at IIHR Delhi. Since 2016, I have been associated with HCL Foundation - a Non-Governmental Organization based in UP, working in the field of Education ,Livlihood,Health,WASH,Infrasructure,and Agriculture in Hardoi .HCL Foundation works across sectors and vulnerabilities and my work at HCL has included working with- People with disabilities including People living with mental illness and their families.
