The loan origination system is a new strategic reference data platform for client, account, and instrument data. The original application is built on Pega and used for processing the loan origination requests submitted by the customers. The platform handles the request processing, underwriting, and closing. The cases are then sent for internal QA purposes. Platform initial rollouts have been extremely successful and are planned to be extended and expanded for more product types and loan categories. It will also add a lot of reporting capabilities and QA capabilities. iOriginate application integrates with various systems of records within Bank of America for getting various customer and account details and also several external vendors and partners for customer communication and other processes related to the loan origination process. ATG layer is designed for Order management, Queue management, Email management, Order Task Management, Escalation management, 2. FUSE Layer - It is the layer that can submit the order creation request to the ATG layer and after the creation of the order this layer updates the status/sub-status of the order. 3. AVOS Layer - This layer is also helping to create order. It generates the request to create an order to the ATG layer and update the status/sub-status of the order. 4. CSR GUI Layer - It is a User interface application where ATT Vendors access the application to view the orders and update the status/sub-status.
