I have 5 years good experience in production department in subros ltd. i'm working as a team leader.i know how to manage all important company rules like 5S, kaizen, kanban, 5M,and discipline also. i always do quality circle in company for low rejection and save money. i do kaizen every week for improvement in line . i managing very well to my team. i have some special training like 7 QC tools, Statical process controll, statical quality control, geometrical dimensions and tolerance, PFMEA, INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT'S SYSTEM, MONOZUKERI BOARD, SAP, ISO 16949,OHSAS 18001,BIS PPAP and fire fighter also.in my shift "full production and zero rejection" rule is following always...i am always pastive and happy in any situation, its my nature. i always go for great so i can't miss any chance for best job...
