I am working as Sr Manager-P&M to looks after the maintenance part of the Reliance owned equipment like Tyre mounted cranes,man lift,Air compressor & forklift . For the maintenance part of view I arranged the spares,handling the manpower management,raised the PO & maintained the workshop healthy.I am also the part of Testing & commissioned team member in which i checked the physically health conditions of hired equipment like Tyre mounted cranes, man lift ,Fork lift & Air compressor to prevent the accident at site & improved the safety surround.I also focus with the breakdown of above machineries to senior management & discussed with the vendor to repair the machineries as soon as possible to maximum utilisation of equipment at site & reduce the breakdown.I am involved with field audit to decrease the unsafe act & improve the safety in work.My involvement with improve the knowledge of operators by giving training programme once a week.
