Maintaining record of daily generation and foult logbook.  * Quality assurance survey of all sites.  * Ensure customer complaints are resolved. * Troubleshooting and repairs.  * Preventive maintenance.  * Cable jointing and termination …  * PM Supervision of Motor and breakdown work & MCC panel etc.  * Maintain record of spares and consumables item.  * Maintain calibration record of all instruments used at site..  * Weekly and monthly review and reporting.  * Supervision of module with structure installation work as per standard and procedures.  * Supervision of ICR installation work incl. their Panels, Inverters, DB’s, Auxiliary panels and light fixtures as per standard and procedures.  * Supervision of 11/132 KV switchyard, Transformer, HT Panel, Isolators, LA’s, SF6 breaker, CT and PT for Grid Power evacuation.  * Scheduling and planning productive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with key focus on spares availability and root cause analysis. Regular & daily reporting to Management authority.  * Managing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities for all equipment in the plant.   * Preparing maintenance plans/schedules monthly, six monthly & annual for reducing machinery downtime to minimum for ensuring smooth production.   * Daily generation report. (dgr)&DPR.  * Transformer Maintenance & general testing and preventive maintenance.  * PM Supervision of HT Breaker (SF-6 Contorting, VCB) & LT ACB Breaker.
