I am here as a Manager engineering. my responsibilities is taking final decision related projects and engineering management, finalised machineries and layout and location of engineering machinesand components for future basis. also I am handling procurement of partial machineries and parts as per process requirements and technical and commercial dealing with vendor's.My focus is to maintain work quality and safety standards. which can balancing maintenance and operational cost. Which is visible to all when someone visit in my plant and remembering for long me. when I'm here or not in future. but my work can explain about me.

Whatever I am today is only and only because of Balaji Wafer, be it supporting team or criticizing. My Time Management and Stress Management and Decision Making that even top employees of Balaji Wafers would like to learn.If you see, we started as electrical technician in Balaji and I finished my work as project manager. but there was no support from Balaji internal management. due to which we learned a lot hard working and smart working. we got this knowledge Given that when we can do so much for this company without any support, then if not today then tomorrow we will fall, because of this we also focused on education.And with job I did diploma, bachelor engineering, and finally I got MBA degree while doing job, because I say people who can't develop others can't develop themselves, and those who can't develop themselves. He cannot develop, he cannot develop anyone else. This means a loser can never be a winner no matter what it is.In the organization we have seen that only people who do hard work are used by everyone.
