Handling technical matters of the industry (production units, utility systems and effluent treatment plant).➢ Inspecting the purchased equipment before dispatch.➢ Involving in operation and control of the production process, production planning, and staff management.➢ Adopting the principles of production management: Just-in-time (JIT), 5S, quality control circle (QCC), Continuous improvement (KAIZEN) & using Management Information System (MIS). ➢ Adopting waste minimization and resource efficiency approach, on-site reuse & recycle options for productivity enhancement, environmental protection and regulatory compliance➢ Involving in R & D activities for better quality and higher productivity.➢ Attending customer complaints related to product quality, setting up procedure for receipt and disposal of return / recalled materials / product.➢ Analysis of different product with help of Spectrophotometer, other related instruments & chemicals in our R& D Lab.➢ Involving in Management Information System (MIS) and holding a position of MR (Management Representative) of ISO 9000:2008.

 Defining & documentation of Quality Control plans. Providing standard technical specifications and testing of raw Materials, intermediate & finished product & packing materials. Approval / Rejection of raw materials including chemicals, Molasses, Grains & Packing Materials. Attending customer complaints related to product quality, setting up procedure for receipt & disposal of return/ recalled materials / product Ensuring quality protocol is being followed for utilities , production, Blending , Bottling & ware house Defining & maintaining records of all quality control procedures and tests. Maintaining and upgrading quality manuals from time to time & Standardization of manufacturing process to ensure desired quality of product. Involved in production process, Bottling operation, blending works and staff management
