RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:* Pricing as per Contractual Document using Estimation Package* Attending pre-tender site meeting.* Review Technical submission * Prepare sub-contractors packages and comparison statement to finalize the Tender.* All pre-tender stage quantity take off.* Preparing the detailed B.O.Q. of all kinds of project with respect to specifications standards.KEY PROJECT IN U.A.E : * Akoya Oxygen 1294 Villas for DAMAC DUBAI * Villa Nova 1579 Villas for Dubai Properties, Dubai * Aykon City Tower-B ( G+10+Roof ) * RIU Hotels & Resorts & Deira Island for Nakheel * Office and Clinic Building, Riyadh KSA* University Tower project including Office Building, Hotel and Conventional Hall.

Responsibilities Include: * Prepare sub contractors comparison statement and finalize for Tender.* All pre-tender stage quantity take off.* Preparing the detailed B.O.Q. of all kinds of project with respect to specifications standards.* Prepare grading for the contractors as per Prequalification received* Prepare and submitvariations to the engineer as per condition of contract and FIDIC for approval.* Finalizing master quantities of unit rate projects for final valuation.* Checking and approval of sub contractors / suppliers invoice and monthly progress bills.* Prepare Project Financial report as per monthly progress of project*Prepare & Checked procurement scheduleand checked tender packages for the sub contractors / suppliers.* Prepared and submit the monthly progress payment to engineer.* Prepare and check the sub contractors agreement.

Responsibilities Include: *Prepare &Checked PS/PC procurement schedule and checked PS/PC tender packages received form consultants.*Attending tender opening meeting.Prepare and check evaluation report as per offer received from sub contractors.* Prepare grading for the contractors as per Prequalification received.*Review and prepared monthly payments and variation received from main contractors. *Prepared and check monthly report .* Prepare monthly forecast and cash flow.
