Responsible for Commercial and Project Management, Vendor Management, MIS & Billing Inputs and Day to Day operations, Warehousing, Vehicle engagement daily basis, Exports container from CFA and Logistics provider for overseas clients, communication with RSM's.• Coordination with buyer and LSPs for appropriate decisions to meet business requirements. • Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner. • Ensure accurate planning and end to end managements of all inbound shipments. • Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by LSP/ and team members • Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department. • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of projects objectives and targets. • Transportation and routing of vehicles, Vehicle placement as per pick plan and tracking till delivery.• Operation managed as per project operating module and within budget to derive foretasted savings• Responsible for Safely and Quality Assurance.* Planning and organizing of available resources and execution of projects.* Finally Management Reporting system as per SOP.Skills:• Communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati), spoken and written• Leadership skills.• PAN India Transportation, CHA coordination and all necessary shipping arrangements.• Good Documentation skills – Document Screening, Archiving and retrieval.• Good People management Skills.* Warehouse Safety training module simplified.* ISO 9001-2015 by TUV is facilitated with documentation and implementation.
