Effectively recruiting qualitative manpower in a cost effective and timely manner.Skilled in Phone Screening (Evaluating Communication and Technical Skills rating) and conducting reference checks also.Negotiate hourly rates/salaries with candidates or sub contractors.Formatting effective resume presentation and content to highlight candidate’s qualifications for target position.Interview scheduling and after the interview is done, collecting the feedback from the candidate and interviewers / account manager about the suitability of the candidate to the position.
