Handling sourcing for Brand Park Avenue Women's -- Responsible for achievement of OTIF-- Managing the sourcing of fabrics, apparels & trims of all product lines.-- Develop & manage a reliable vendor base.-- Ensure timely delivery of products as per the required quality standards / cost.-- Identification of market trends for pro-active sourcing, through market research & survey of competitors.-- Partnering with Design & Product Development Team to understand product requirements, specifications & range planning.-- Carry out economical costing of the product & trims.-- Development of Booking Samples.-- Liaise with quality team for in-line & final inspections at the vendor’s place.-- Visit to vendors to ensure the production is happening smoothly & on priority.-- Provide new developments of the factory to the designers.-- Communicate with Regional Warehouses regarding in-bound shipments.

Job profile:Buyer’s co-ordination.Attending buyers meetings and Business Exhibitions for Business development.Sampling and product development.Product costing.Order execution.Co-ordination and follow-up with production unit.Sourcing of yarn, accessories, packing material etc.Follow-up with the factory for on time shipments.Follow-up and co-ordination with job workers and accessories suppliers.

Job Profile:Calculating Fabric consumption for running orders and Sourcing fabrics and trims required for garment manufacturing.Vendor Development for fabric supply.To Place the order for fabrics and trims as per the requirement.Sampling and Product development through customer feedback.To take approvals from buyer on fabric lab dips, production swatch’s, trims artworks etc.To co-ordinate with the factory for running orders and new sample development programs.Production initiation by Interacting with job workers for day to day production and sampling related activities.Ensuring timely receipt of production and pre production samples from job workers and production unit for Buyers approval.Storing and Retrieval of Production records for future productions.Looking after quality norms and standards during fabric production by visiting production centers.
