Responsibilities:• Heat Load Calculation. • Design Basic Refrigeration system, P & I Diagram to help to help to prepare quotation for system, duct design. Pump Head calculation preparation of BOQ, BOM.• Selection of Chiller Equipment like Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator, Valves etc. using software like Coolselector, Bitzer, Select 8 software. Use of Unilab Software for Heat Exchanger design.• Prepare specifications, Design Modification, Estimates, recommendations, pertinent data required to satisfy customer requirements.• Select Vendor for Refrigeration & HVAC Equipment.• Costing & Estimation for Trunkey HVAC-R project.• Attending Technical Negotiation Meetings (TNC) and price negotiation meetings (PNC).• Co-ordinate with client/contractor for service activities• Handle team of Service engineers• Testing, Installation & commissioning of HVAC system & AC plant Chiller plant.

• Lead Generation, Techno-Commercial interaction with clients, finalize a deal with customer etc.•Heat Load Calculation, Design and Selection of YORK products using Software like Nexus, YORK WORKS, OYL, EDGE etc. that includes Chillers, Air handling units, Fan coil units (Cassette, Wall-mounted, Ducted, Floor mounted) Industrial Ventilation Fans, CRAC Units etc.• Provide an accurate proposals in standard format to meet project requirement.• Provide a Value engineering alternative offers which allow us to be competitive in offering.• Make Technical Submittal of all documents (Product Data sheets, Drawing, Compliance and Comparison sheets) that could be easily understood by consultant/Contractor and get approval for the same.•lead Team Engineer and Supplier/Vendor in answering technical question on HVAC product, System, Installation, Operation & Problem resolution.• Follow up with Supplier and Vendors for Equipment procurement such as Heat Recovery Wheel,Horse shoe Heat Pipe, Run around coil etc.

Preparing techno-commercial offers, striking a balance between customer requirements and product specificationsResponded to customer needs by interpreting specifications, selecting product, generating quotes, negotiated price, terms -conditions and closing orders.Support Service team in Installation & Commissioning of Fans, Conduct site visit, gather customer requirement, identify issue and provide best optimized product that will meet the requirement and prepare proposal as per requirements.Personally, meet Customers/Consultant/Contractor to build relations, help solve Customer’s problems and help them to buy, ensure good after sales support service facilities.Manage multiple projects form Booking purchase orders with factory and execute orders in line with customer expectations. Ensure that delivery commitments are met.Travel and Work outside normal work hours as required.Identified the potential customers for the organization and scheduled sales call accordingly.Demonstrate if any new product launches to Consultant/Contractor.Developed relationship with multiple buying influences in the existing and new customer organization including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction, Purchasing and account payable personal.Support marketing activities by attending Trade shows, Conference, ISHRAEchapter, ACREX etc.
