Responsible for providing leadership, vision and direction to multi-disciplinary teams. Engaging and motivating managers and their teams. Protecting the reputation and brand of the company. Working proactively to develop relationships with all employees in the area. Developing and maintaining the best practice in processes across the Cluster. Monitoring service standards and providing feedback to Channel Efficiency Team as and when required. Conducting regular reviews of Sales Manager and other staff performance, setting clear objectives. Regularly scheduling and visiting Branches in line with the business demand. • Responsible for effectively managing UP & UK region including some remote areas hitherto untouched by the Banking System.• Provided strategic direction and management of 20 Branches for ING Vysya Bank in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Region; covered a huge geographical area from the Northern area of Uttarakhand to Far East area of Uttar Pradesh. • Directed regional sales initiatives targeting and penetrating Current and Savings accounts that included all Metro, Urban and Semi-urban Branches of both the states.• Conducted seminar-format sessions to educate potential and established clients on Banking guidelines, system features and operations, and the long-term benefits of purchasing the ING Vysya Bank products from a business/savings perspective.• Monitor the integrity & effectiveness of training sessions in accordance with established sales and operations guidelines to maintain the organization's status as a leader in market.

• Administer the Operations, Sales & Wealth Management of the Branch. Also to improve new acquisition and third party product, lead the team to ensure the adherence of all the processes of the Bank. • Attain the proud prospect to establish ING Vysya Bank brand in Gorakhpur & Varanasi• Earned "Satisfactory" audit ratings during my tenure with the Branches.• Achieved month-wise break-even for the Gorakhpur Branch within 9 month of obtaining the Branch responsibility.

• Guided branch through successful establishment of new Branch, products conversions and implementation of procedures, resulting in enhanced customer service, better record accessibility & business/revenue generation. • Successfully established bank's presence, policies & procedures in new cities.• Established two new Branches Jaunpur & Deoria during my first year with HDFC Bank.

To ensure the continuous amplification in retail business development as well as scrutinize the customer service level of the branch staff. • Worked as Branch Sales Manager, managing the team of Branch, Personal Banking, and Investment Services to raise the sales of branch.• Also worked as cash verifier, having experience in all cash process including cash remittance and cash report submission.• Managed the query desk for solving customer queries and also informing them about the various products of the Bank and the associated companies, generate leads for the sales team.
