• Maintaining business unit wise cash flow statements, taking adequate measures for monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilisation of funds towards the accomplishment, interacting with the corporate clients & informing them about billing & collections• Audit reports for internal audit & statutory audit • Designing & implementing systems for ensuring smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations• Supervising the preparation of MIS reports for providing feedback to top management on financial performance such as fund management, risk control, budget & profitability & analysis with average consumption• Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annualy reports.• Leading the team of accounting professionals to ensure that day-to-day operational tasks are processed in a timely manner, setting priorities and allocation of work keeping in view the agreed time-frames
