With overall 8.5+ years and of experience in Oil & Gas, Ole-ochemical and Fertilizers & Petrochemical sector Manufacturing Operations, Process Improvement.Currently I'm working as a DCS Operator, Production ( DCS Operation ) for 2 plants with M/S VVF (India ) ltdand Here working on the Continuous process plants through FOXBORO DCS Operation as Follow1) Hydrogen Production Unit ( SMR process widely used in fertilizer, Oil refineries, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries for Hydrogenation/ Ammonia/Ole-chemicals/ Methanol/ Hydrogen Peroxide other various plants2) Fatty Alcohol Plant Estarification, Hydrogenation & Distillation process at about 235 barg pressure and grade wise temperature widely used for Shop, Surfactant, Deodorant and Talcum powder manufacturing etc..

Operator in Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate plant* I have good knowledge of Ammonia like it's unloading, Storage and utiliztion of plant.*Technical study process in order to improve plant performances and quality of product.*To carry out various hazard assessment studies in co-ordination with concern dept.*Monitoring plant processes taking Shut-down start-up in case of emergency.*Operation of equipments like Falling Film Evaporator, Absorber column, Steam Turbine 5.5MW, Waste heat Boiler, Belt Conveyors, Drying, Fluidised Bed Cooler, Scrubber, Blowers, Air Handling Unit, Pumps, Air compressor etc.*Preparation of monthly raw material balance.*Monitor & control environmental pollution.*Monitoring the process control through DCS(Yokogawa)
