Optimum Utilization of Resources Available Along With Reducing Wastages• Handle Operation Independently & Troubleshooting. To Follow Manufacturing Process & Related Operation Under Strict Vigilance. Debottlenecking In Process to Meet Production Targets within Quality Criteria. Operation & Trouble Shooting Related CAT reactors, CARCASS reactor, Heat Jacketed Reactors (Operating Under Vacuum or under Pressure), Centrifugal pumps & Positive Displacement Pumps.• Smooth Handling & Proper Utilization of Shutdown/ Breakdown and Startup period: - Effective handling of plant during Shutdown and Startup and proper utilization of the period for handling major issues planned for the same and their execution. Also preparing List Activity of Programmed, Emergency Breakdown Maintenance, Planning & Coordination with Maintenance and Preventive and Breakdown jobs.• Preparing monthly production reports and planning production according to specified norms and declaration of the same in SAP.

During commissioning• Loop checking and line tracing in field as per P & ID .• Timely issue of all construction permits in close coordination with steady state plant and also keeping track of work on day to day basis in field with adherence to the safe working practices being followed in field and all work being performed as per SOP’s.• Hydrotesting and rotomol cleaning of fabricated pipelines and henceforth giving clearance for boxup. Also boroscopy of lines done before taking fabricated pipelines inline for process fluids.• Commissioning of centrifugal, vertical gear pumps, booster pumps and piston pumps with performing simulation run, cause and effect, no load trial and load trials. Pressure transferring system working under vacuum.• Smooth Handling & Proper Utilization of Shutdown/ Breakdown and Startup period: - Effective handling of plant during Shutdown and Startup and proper utilization of the period for handling major issues planned for the same and their execution. Also preparing List Activity of Programmed, Emergency Breakdown Maintenance, Planning & Coordination with Maintenance and Preventive and Breakdown jobs.• Preparing monthly production reports and planning production according to specified norms and declaration of the same in SAP.

Handle Operation Independently & Troubleshooting: -Working With Shift Manager to Follow Manufacturing Process & Related Operation Under Strict Vigilance. Online Trouble Shooting, Debottlenecking In Process to Meet Production Targets Within Quality Criteria. Operation & Trouble Shooting Related To Glycol And Jet Ejectors, Heat Jacketed Reactors (Operating Under Vacuum or under Pressure). Distillation and Stripping Column, Centrifugal pumps & Positive Displacement Pumps. Heating system (Dowtherm). Pneumatic conveying system, Chain conveyor system etc.• Smooth Handling & Proper Utilization of Shutdown/ Breakdown and Startup period: - Effective handling of plant during Shutdown and Startup and proper utilization of the period for handling major issues planned for the same and their execution.• Working closely with the quality team for testing of raw materials, intermediate products, finished products & byproducts. Hence, aware with the testing’s and specifications desired for PTA (Terephthalic acid), MEG (Mono ethylene Glycol), intermediate monomer, & finished polymer.Handling DCS operations and contract manpower handling at the shopfloor.
