1 ) Routine message including daily ETA & other updates to charterers, owners, 2) Monthly Accounting, including maintenance of cash advance, monthly allotment of crew, (as per company policy), Radio Accounting, Assist in preparation of request for Cash to Master, & Vitualling.3) Preparing arrival / departure port papers.4) Maintaining Master filing system.5) Preparing monthly report of Safety committee meeting. 6) Assist ship staff in preparation of inspection by Major Oil Company, PSC, internal & external Audit.7) Assist in planning & implementation of crew change plan. 8 ) Responsible for onboard system back up, closely co-ordinate with IT Department for trouble shoot & up gradation of company software. 9) PMS (up gradation, maintenance, Troubleshoot, Training) & Inventory Control. Over all in charge of PMS onboard that included Installation of system, training to onboard officer, system up gradation, troubleshot, updating inventory in the system.
