 I am working as Senior Service Engineer in Ensure Support Services (India) Limited Where I work for MOTOROLA & SAMSUNG (GSM & CDMA) & Huawei mobile phone troubleshooting, Network calibrations and to complete the task in effective TAT the major chunk in my job is to find the accurate solution for the new problem that customer faced with MOTOROLA, SAMSUNG & Huawei handsets. Device handling: CRO’s (analog and digital), spectrum analyzers, Function generators, wireless communication tester Agilent 8960 and, RODHE & SCHWARG wireless communication tester CMU 200, GSM tester, S/W tools and SMD component Rework Stations.  Updating required tools in standard room and installing required mobile latest software.  Responsible for troubleshooting & circuit analysis at L3 & L4 level in mobiles PCBs. Responsible for circuit testing with help of schematics.  Testing (RF & manual) of final OK handsets. Familiar and implementation with Different Q.C. Tools like – RODHE & SCHWARG CMU 200, GP Gate, MotoGate, MotoTriage etc.
