Jitendra Srivastava has more than three decades of work experience in Human Resource Management & Development. An MBA (HR) from India’s First B-School….Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, University of Calcutta, he has also qualified UGC– NET in the area of Human Resource Management.His career involved managing human resource functions across manufacturing & service industries both in public and private sector. Achievements & applauses have been a part of his career progression – as much as learning and accepting change in most challenging of situations. He has set up the HR function from scratch in a few organizations & has managed well-established HR frameworks as well. He has the unique distinction of working as Dy General Manager & Head HR in one of the biggest Rehabilitation & Resettlement Projects of the world as well as mega hydroelectric power stations of NHPC Limited (A CPSU in the Power Sector), for over 16 years where he has been responsible for developing and implementing a range of initiatives that supported the strategic intent of the organization with special focus on learning & development. He has been a Speaker / Panelist, inter alia, at WEF (Women Economic Forum) Madurai 2020; WEF Bangalore 2020; WICCI (Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) – Spain / India; Global Networking All Ladies League, Spain; Govt College for Women, Visakhapatnam; & Pune Business School.
