Supervisory Responsibilities:-Direct and oversee daily staff operations, including task delegation, professional development, scheduling, leave approvals, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.Audit Responsibilities:-Conduct in-depth research and comprehensive risk assessments to identify key operational and financial audit areas.Execute meticulous audit fieldwork to verify adherence to established audit standards.Evaluate and enhance internal and management controls.Assess and optimize the efficiency of departmental operations.Prepare and critically review detailed audit work papers.Synthesize audit findings and formulate strategic recommendations for report development.Lead and assess audit follow-up activities.Appraise the performance of internal team members and external consultants.Undertake sensitive special assignments with discretion and expertiseCompliance and Advisory Responsibilities:-Ensure strict compliance with regulations and policies, pinpointing areas for enhancement.Provide strategic counsel to management on risks, control deficiencies, and other critical matters.Perform additional responsibilities as required.

• Preparation of MIS report for management decision making and other internal purpose.• Working on the taxation related matter like Computation & filing i.e. VAT, Service tax,PF and ESIC.• Preparation of details project report (DPR) for Cost saving purpose.• Analysis and manage the fund of entityAnalysis and Preparation of comparative cash flow statement, Productivity Report and Profitability Statement regularly. • Accounting of books Closer Entry.

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers and Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
