I am a public health professional with a passion for improving the lives of people affected by tuberculosis. I am currently pursuing my MA Sociology at Gondwana University, where I am learning about the social and cultural aspects of health and disease.As the Ltbi Coordinator at Axhya Plus, I am responsible for managing the Latent Tuberculosis Infection (Ltbi) program, which aims to prevent the development and transmission of active TB among high-risk groups. I coordinate with the District TB Center and other stakeholders, conduct patient counseling and education, monitor and evaluate the program outcomes, and report the progress and challenges to the senior management. I have a strong background in counseling, having worked as a DRTB Counselor, a Project Counselor, and a general Counselor for different organizations and projects in the past. I have also worked as a teacher for two years, which helped me develop my communication and leadership skills. I have my own bike, a valid driving license, and a 5G mobile, which enable me to travel and communicate effectively in my role. I am looking for an opportunity to work as a Project Officer or Project Coordinator in a reputable organization that works in the field of public health, especially tuberculosis. I am confident that I can leverage my skills, experience, and education to contribute to the organization's vision and mission, and to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the communities I serve.
