• Currently responsible for establishing, implementing QMS (structure and finishing) in RUSTOMJEE CROWN PROJECT.• Project consist of 3-Towers (3 basement+Ground floor+10 floor podium+68 floors)• Current status-2 Towers completed till 68 floors.• Prepare/approve and implement Project Quality plan.• Prepare/approve Method statements, Inspection test plan and tracking its implementation.• Prepare SOP’s and ensuring the implementation.• Establishing mockup for materials and activities with its performance assessment /approvals.• Conducting and heading weekly Project Quality review meeting.• Providing feedback to contract department during pre-bid tendering and preparation of work order.• Planning /preparing audit calendar and conducting internal audits.• Optimizing and approval of concrete mix design.• Vendor selection /pre-qualification feedback to procurement.• Conducting training /awareness program before start of activity, so that rework can be avoided.• To ensure that, only approved material is used.• Raising and tracking NCR'S and striving to reduce the NCR'S through trainings / awareness to staff and contractors.• Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements• Reporting to Project Head• Process Improvement through analysis of non-conformity and customer feedbacks.• Upgrading internal staff including contractor staff to achieve common project goals.

Worked on residential Project "THE PARK" at Lower Parel(Mumbai) .Responsible to set and monitor quality control , assurance and Enhancement for four towers of 80 floor each.Completed two towers above 77 floors and other two till 25 floors starting from foundation level.Currently further responsibility given by management to set and monitor Quality management system for 3 Residential and one commercial projects.
