.Identification of vendor.Getting quotation from vendors.comparision of quotations..Procurement of consumable material and spare.• Receiving of spares ,consumable materials equipment’s with respect to invoice, verification as per purchase order terms and condition• To inspect stores materials like spares and consumables items stock verification of fast moving items on random basis.• Obtain the QC clearances with stakeholders on materials receipt on a day to day basis.• Ensure proper receipt and issue of materials SAP entry.• Maintain good relationship with inter department, with vendors, suppliersand others.• Preparation of GRN and forwarding the invoice document with requiredhierarchy authorization and forward the same to accounts for paymentprocessing.• Posting the consumptions of materials as per the authorized issuance slipfrom stake holders on a day to day basis.• Quarterly reconciliation of stock at plant level and reporting the same tofactory manager for variance posting in SAP.• Preparation, maintain and track the gate pass requirements.• Coordinate with team and hierarchy for internal stock transfers.• Replenish the consumable stock as per consumption plan.• Coordinate with purchase team for timely release the purchase order ofconsumable and spares item• Adherence to maximum and minimum stocking system for various spare tominimize wastage and for inventory optimization point of view.• Preparation of monthly tracker shows stores performance report and sharethe same with the hierarchy.• Doing any other work assigned by reporting authority.
