Lead and manage UN Habitat Global Funded project on Youth Mobilization for local governance.Oversee the implementation of the Rights Democracy Inclusion Fund/Enabling State Program (RDIF/ESP) focused on Human Rights Education.Successfully execute the Government of Nepal Funded LGCDP Program from planning to implementation.Develop and manage project proposals, budgets, and reports to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance youth participation in governance and human rights initiatives.Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements based on feedback.Foster partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance program effectiveness
