Extensive use of Boolean and keyword searches.• Tracking of candidates was through Centralized CRM Application name Extensively utilized job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Job Diva and LinkedIn• Successfully Negotiated Salaries and Pay rate to drag the margin levels in Company's favor and familiar will all the Tax terms (Corp to Corp, 1099 & W2 Hourly).• Experienced in hiring not only US Citizens, Permanent Residents and/or H1-B professionals but other Visa holders as well like: TN1, OPT’s, CPT’s & EAD’s, etc.• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and staffing Negotiation for qualified IT professionals including US citizens, GC Holders, H1 consultants on a contractual, permanent or temp to permanent basis.• Adept at handling day to day recruitment activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
