Current Job Role:- Operation and maintenance (Water System and Process Equipment)Manage the water system team and assign the works for operators and give technical support forwater system 'Potable water (Clo2, MGF,UF,Softener and CSRO System) 'Purified water (HSRO +EDI , PWD and TOC system) 'WFI generation and Distribution System Pure steam generation and Distribution System.°Handling of change controls, deviations CAPA related water systems.°Preparation of Preventive maintenance planner, Sanitization planner for water system, Puresteam quality test and Compressed air quality test planner.°Co-ordinate with vendor to perform Compressed air quality test and pure steam quality test asper planner.• Ensuring critical spares availability and consumables like chemicals etc.• Preparation and revision of SOP.• Responsible for the auditee of the water system client & Regulatory audits.°Preparation of technical documents, IOQ protocols.

Installation and commissioning of EquipmentAudit Preparations.Qualification of Supporting Utility Validations.Handling of vendors and Clients for closing the project within schedules. Conducting on job trainings plant operations and Maintenance.Qualifications of the pure steam in the user points along with the Autoclaves.Responsible for routine inspection for various department to maintain GMP complain

1.Handling all operation and process of STP and WTP Plants,In a waste water and chemical water to check the percentage of Dissolved-oxygen , Fluoride and PH,TDS inside the water with the help of Kit. 2.Ensure timely completion of project’s with in the set parameters and maintain liaison between main Contractors and Consultants/client’s. Project Planning and execution the project as per the schedule.3.Monitoring resource ,mobilizing resources to expedites of project. Oversee the construction activities and safety requirements and measurements at Site. Prepare Daily working reports for maintenance work and Labor work for work done. Comply With all operating procedures and Company Safety Policy.
