1) Develop, Implement, Communicate, and Maintain the Quality Management System and Policies into compliance with ISO and API Spec Q1 requirement.2) Prepare and verify the Quality Manual, Procedures, Form and Formats in line with ISO system requirement.3) Conducting Supplier Quality Audits to verify the capacity and compliance to Bonetti Waaree requirements.4) Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective, preventive analysis.5) Responsible for planning, Organizing and managing overall activities of Quality Assurance team. 6) Preparing and qualifying WPS, PQR, WPQ as per ASME SEC IX and sometimes for special cases meeting customer specific requirements.7) Validation of new products and monitoring.8) Training to team-mates for getting them to a unique platform for performing individual better and ultimately organization.

Lead QMS Team  Lead the team to meet the QMS ultimate goal “Customer Satisfaction”. Direct co-ordination with the overseas Customers to fulfill their requirements. Good knowledge of machining processed & inspection methods. Acting as a Management Representative (MR) to prepare the Internal Audit schedule, conducting internal audits and responsible for implementation of QMS as per ISO 9001:2000 to its full extent in Company. Identifying the non-conformances, addressing in Non-conformance report (NCR) and resolving them with proper corrective & preventive actions. Maintain the NCR log book and follow-up to close NCR's Well experienced with preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and test plan (ITP), Project specific QC Procedures like method statement for fabrication/welding/NDT procedures/hydro static test procedure/painting/insulation. Motivate and lead the team for continuous improvement in the quality process. Along with Quality parallel responsibility to look after whole Welding Shop and approval process for WPS, PQR, WPQ for different materials. E.g. A487-4C, 4130, Incoloy, 316SS. Ultimate responsibility of look after whole Assembly & Testing section as per API 6A norms. In charge for the Repair facility work such as Accumulator unit, Choke Manifold, BOP, Control Systems and co-ordination with Offshore customers. Day to day communication & order studies with our Overseas counter part.
