• Managing and grooming a multi-disciplinary team of 10 development professionals to achieve the design outcome of a project for the holistic development of the village. • Responsible for planning, conceptualize, formulation, project proposals preparation and built implementation strategy to achieve set goals with ease and grace. • Capture the Impacts, documented these and shared to a larger audience through newspaper and electronic media. • Networking and liasoning with government and likeminded developmental organization, till now leverage resources approx. 25 crore which makes a significant change in the life of approx. 2000 farmers • Manage a tripartite partnership (RF, heifer and Sadguru Foundation) for impacting the life of 1600 tribal women through establishing the goatry based livelihood and around 400 women through skilled based livelihood • Secure the farm-based livelihood approx. 3000 farmers through sustainable agriculture practices and introduced the Nano orchard model to enhance the income of small and marginal farmers. • With the active involvement of the community 25 villages move toward water selfsufficiency • To provide a better price of farmer produce, scale up and provide a year-round business establish a network of farmer producer organizations (FPC). • Member of different rural development advisory committees of District administration, KVK, Agriculture and horticulture department. • Value chain study on NTFP Sub-sector analysis, Agriculture trade, and goatry sector. (As a member of research team) • Paper published and presented on “Impact of Community Participation aligned with the basic watershed principle of soil & moisture conservation and economic growth of villages in Rajasthan Region”

• Establish a business platform “UJJAS” a federation of 120 SHG with the association of more than 1500 tribal women, prepared business plan, and run successfully processing unit and trading centre. Explore Farm and non-farm based livelihood opportunity• Developed and groomed a set of BDSP ( Business development service provided ) to scale up the business under the umbrella of UJJAS • Manage a Partnership with other like-minded developmental organizations SRIJAN and AAROHI for achieving the set goal of the project and liasoning with Govt for mobilization of resources. • Identification of sustainable land-based livelihood activities and their execution. • Monitoring of project progress & assessment of outcomes and impact. • Promote mechanisms to enhance participation of women and involve disadvantaged sections in the decision-making process.
