As the Founder of Riderwings, I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for delivery riders, who are often overlooked and underserved by the existing platforms and services. With my MBA in Marketing and 10 years of experience in new product development and management, I have the skills and knowledge to identify new opportunities, promote products, and expand customer base in this emerging and competitive market.Prior to launching Riderwings, I was the Managing Director of MULTIVISION SOLUTIONS, a leading provider of digital and multimedia solutions for various industries and sectors. There, I led a team of 20+ professionals and delivered multiple projects that enhanced the customer experience, increased the revenue, and improved the efficiency of our clients. I also worked as a Delivery Rider for Zomato, where I gained first-hand insight into the challenges and needs of delivery riders, and the gaps and opportunities in the current delivery ecosystem. These experiences motivated me to start Riderwings, a revolution for delivery riders.
