• Research analyst on a Metals & mining long/short equity portfolio – part of a two member team managing more than $500mn in gross assets • Generate investment ideas based on fundamental analysis, monitoring and interpreting major company developments, attending corporate meetings & sell side events, and identifying macro themes and trends affecting the industry• Build and maintain financial models for covered stocks and various commodities • Interact with managements of various companies to stay on top of latest business trends

• Secondary coverage of 20+ stocks in Americas Metals & Mining sector• Consistent participation in various cross-sector and cross-geography research products• Key responsibilities include generating actionable investment ideas based on fundamental analysis, coordinating with clients, writing industry and company research reports, building financial models, and analysing global macro and industry trends• Participate in company earnings calls, interact with company management, visit companies’ mines for due diligence and discuss investment theses with external and internal (sales, trading) clients• Collaborated with the Senior Analyst to initiate coverage on Precious Metals sector• Spearheaded the coverage launch on Uranium sector with extensive research on the global nuclear power industry
