Worked as Process Engineer (Urea Process) responsible for production activities, commissioning, plant start up etc.Hydro-testing, pneumatic testing of reactors, pressure vessels, lines and pre-start up activities etc.Review of PFD and P&ID.Checking the performance of instrument equipments for control valves, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, SOV, flow meters etc and also checking the interlocks for all equipments.Taking the trails for ammonia injectors, compressors, Ebara pumps, pumps, instruments etc.Reviewing existing processes and initiating measures for enhancing production capacity as well as productivity, providing continuous engineering support on existing products to maintain and improve margins, performance and quality.
