• To maintain a tool availability of tools& dies as per production planning.• Design & Developed Related Tools/Jigs & Fixture for ongoing & Upcoming Projects.• Implement & maintained IATF related documentation.• Maintained 5s & kaizen on shop floor and others zones.• Independent responsibility of customer system audits.• Manpower handling & deployment according to their skills• Monitoring Operator Efficiency.• Motivate the operator for achieving the targets &to guide according to quality standards• Worked with Quality/Improvement cell on continuous Improvement Projects for enhancement of Production.• Training on 5S , KAIZEN & SAFETY in all • To work on continuous improvement of production of quality products.• Technical feedback to all concern department regarding cost reduction and design Modification.• Responsible for the planning and supplier audits.• Defining the life of tool & their preventive schedule maintenance with proper Documentation as per ISO/TS Certification.• Maintaining & ensuring Proper marking on every tool/jig/fixture & their controlled documentation.• Maintain all related Technical Tool drawings.• Knowledge of Auto cad 2D & 3D software and Drawing with a basic knowledge of Catia Designer would be beneficial.• Supports Production and Engineering to manage and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production and increase of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
