Presented at OPSC 2019, San Diego, CA.2. Case Report and Literature Review: Thyrotoxic Periodic Paralysis-A presentation of overt hypokalemia without hemodynamic instability. Presented at OPSC 2020 San Diego, CA. As a resident and associate chief resident, duties include managing the transition from AOA to ACGME Residency status, implementation and monitoring of weekly didactic schedule, creation of evolutionary monitoring system for continual assessment of all residents and resident performance, leading and organizing group activities to focus teaching on necessary skills and procedures required prior to graduation, working closely with Program Director/Chief Resident to create yearly call and block scheduling of all residents.Three year residency program in a community based hospital in Anaheim, CA. Well versed in EMRs including EPIC (multiple modules and iterations), Practice Fusion (including practice-wide data analysis/MIPS/CMS coding). Highlights of residency include -wide variety of patients regarding high levels of care-hands-on and continued procedure experience (CVC, HD Cath, Chest tube, Thoracic Vent, Arterial Line, and ET tube placement)-Active participation on hospital-wide committees including COVID Response Team, Hospital Census Committee, Bioethics Committee-First hand experience with daily Case Management rounds, analysis of patient stay using GMLOS and problem list related matrix, working with insurance entities to qualify stays, and navigate difficult patient situations to ensure safe and proper discharges
