•Lead Global Service Delivery in Remote IT Infrastructure & Application support space•Responsible for organic business growth and maintaining strong customer relationship•Complete business ownership of partner delivery centre based out of China•Responsible for new client acquisition. Transitioned top IT/ITES projects from the global locations to India based on six sigma transition methodology/tool kit. •Active team member of Process Consulting Group within Patni. Completed consulting assignment for a Fortune 50 Insurance company to consolidate their application production support environment for close to 200 applications.

•Liaison with the customer on all aspects of the service including change control, fault management and escalation, testing of new and existing services/products as part of a resilience test regime •Provide operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions, responsible for the daily monitoring of quality and production of the call & email status group and manual processes• Primary day-to-day contact for Program Sponsor and Operations Director for questions, status requests, and minor Specification changes. • Manage information flow between Operations, Quality Assurance, IT, Training, and WFM to ensure all Sponsor and Customer Support goals are executed and attained•Develop regular program updates summarizing accomplishments, opportunities for improvement against program objectives, and recommended next steps, based on analysis and observation
