By creating these scenarios, I simulated real-world usage patterns and conditions, enabling rigorous testing and validation of our chipsets.Use of Debug Tools: I harnessed industry-standard debug tools such as Ftrace (a Linux kernel internal tracer), full dumps (for capturing device state information), crash dumps (used in modem debugging), and JTAG scripts (for low-level debugging). These tools were critical in identifying and resolving power regression bugs that were affecting the efficiency of our modem software.Cross-functional collaboration: I collaborated with a range of cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in mobile devices. Provided regular updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO of IDEA: In this capacity, I played an instrumental role in the organization's decision-making processes. I kept the CEO updated with timely and relevant information about the current state of assistive technology and accessibility, and offered strategic recommendations for the organization's future operations. Led an accessibility audit team at the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, Orissa, India in November 2022: I had the privilege of leading a team that conducted an accessibility audit of the National Institute of Technology's infrastructure. My team carried out detailed assessments to identify barriers to accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Based on these audits, we proposed retrofit solutions to improve accessibility. These solutions encompassed various modifications such as ramps, lifts, accessible restrooms, tactile paths, and signage, in line with the principles of universal design, aiming to create environments accessible to all without the need for adaptation or specialized design.
