With almost three decades of technology and business experience, I help organisations succeed in the digital era. I have been part of major transformations that the IT industry went through in this period: client-server architecture, web x.0, cloud computing, process automation, and AI/ML. These experiences equipped me with the abilities, techniques, and paradigms to assist large businesses in navigating the complex and dynamic digital landscape. I apply decision science, technology, business, and empathy to help the enterprise advance ethically and sustainably in the digital future. I currently head the Enterprise Informatics Office (EIO) at Indegene. EIO helps Indegene businesses stay ahead by using the newest technology faster, especially with AI. I lead the planning, development and implementation of accelerators, platforms, applications, and insights, etc. to improve Indegene's current and future solution offerings and foster a culture of data-driven decision making. I also guide the innovation and experimentation efforts to explore new opportunities and challenges in using GenAI for life sciences industry. Furthermore, I work with corporate strategy and business unit leaders to drive digital growth and transformation that aligns with overarching value creation objectives. I assist with M&A decisions by evaluating the target company's tech capabilities, IPs/ assets, risks, and benefits, etc. and counselling senior leadership on the deal value and whether to go ahead or not. I also help very senior clients in identifying their challenges, define their objectives, and suggest solutions that can offer the best benefits and outcomes. As a player-coach, I mentor a highly skilled team that shares my vision of using AI to transform the life sciences industry. I embrace and encourage continuous experimentation and learning for tech-excellence within our EIO team. Prior to joining Indegene, I led the operations and delivery for Evalueserve in Europe for five years. I also founded and led the firm’s Technology (TMT) Practice for more than a decade and played a vital role in advancing key digital initiatives.Before I came to Evalueserve, I had experience working with leading SIs and IT infrastructure management companies and spent some time in academics.
