We’ve gained proficiency in maximizing the advantages of GenAI through our ability to efficiently search and retrieve, constantly pre-train and fine-tune commercial and open-source language models, enhance performance of the models using human/ AI experts (e.g., RLHF/RLAIF), integrate multiple domain optimized agents and language models, and ensure data security of large hyperscalers. etc. In addition, we are continually improving the capabilities of our cloud native enterprise data platform that can also greatly aid in the development of complex GenAI applications in life sciences domain. It enables federated data indexing across heterogeneous data sources to produce informed responses using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and support learning from Knowledge Graphs (KG) with vector search.Furthermore, we have created advanced AI/ML models to produce useful insights for enhancing omnichannel commercial operations.
