Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems , networks, printers, scanners. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, Operating systems, and other network and system problems.Maintain clients network infrastructure, including, Routers, switches and servers.Ensure that network performance is optimal and that there is redundancy for critical systems.Provide Help Desk Support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction. Configure and installation of CCTV systems including NVR,DVR, IP cameras and access controls.Inventory Management: track of IT assets and maintain an inventory of hardware and software licenses.Performing data backupes and monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collabrating with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems and technologies. Prepare accurate and timely reports Interact with end-uers provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests. Visiting client site for training, basis troubleshooting for better clarifications of issues. Supporting desktops local and network printers, scanners, servers, and other peripherals.
