Major Projects Handled:* Atlantis The Royal - Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE (for BESIX Middle East)* MTB Airport , Abudhabhi, UAE (for TROJAN Construction Group)* Khazna Data Center - DXB3, Dubai, UAE (for BK Gulf)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Managing complete Project Engineering for Access Control, CCTV System, Barrier & Bollard Systems, Structured Cabling System in coordination with design consultants and client.• Provide value engineering and constructability advice on ELV systems• Liaison with clients to understand their systems requirement, and to obtain their approval on the proposed design.• Demonstrate understanding of the safety significance in the operation and maintenance of ELV systems and always place safety as the highest priority. • Raising RFI’s against the design discrepancies for above mentioned systems.• Material and sample submittal approvals from consultants.• Monitoring the installations, preparing plan, developing and maintaining the progress update.• Leading multiple teams, supervising subcontractors on daily basis and also directing them as per project plan.• Coordination with multiple subcontractors and design consultants for installations, testing and commissioning. • Co-ordination with internal stake holders i.e. MEP Construction, Civil, Architects team and their sub-contractors for installations and testing & commissioning.• Preparing the system project progress KPI’s and presenting to the internal project management team and to external stakeholders.• Attending weekly project meetings with the PMC and consultants. • Monitoring and guiding the specialist subcontractor by developing methods for Testing and Commissioning for above mentioned systems.• Supporting Commercials for the claims by providing them the information in reference to design documents, RFI’s, received instructions.• Have strong civil construction knowledge with respect to foundations, builders work, building & support structure.

Major Projects Handled:* Dubai Airport Terminal3 Concourse C Expansion.* EMAAR CRESCENT - Downtown, Dubai, UAE* EMAAR PLOT 19 - Creek Harbour, Dubai, UAEDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Design of system based on project specification and technical requirements.* Coordination with sub contractors for containment,cable installation and device installation work as per approved shop drawing.* Coordination with MEP team for power supply,HVAC requirement.*Done testing and commissioning of ACS,CCTV,LCS, Apartment &security intercom,Panic and disable alarm system with minimum supervision.* preparation and submission of RFI, CVI,WIR,MIR,Reply to consultant comment.
