Design and Implementation - Have designed and implemented multiple programs in partnership with the government aimed at improving skill development activities as well as maximizing economic output in my assigned district. Designed the district-specific skill development programs and submitted the plan to the District Administration and Ministry.Collaboration - Have collaborated with various stakeholders in the district to streamline developmental as well as skilling activities. I had supported a sugarcane based 'Farmers Producer Organization'. Monitoring and Evaluation - Have designed monitoring and evaluation frameworks to collect and analyse data on district skill training activities and the same system was implemented via District Skill Committee. In addition, I oversaw the implementation of some skill development initiatives, such as inclusive skill development training, virtual job fairs, district-wide skilling initiatives, and the revival of traditional jaggery production units.
